- Before commencing
your recruitment project, we first familiarize ourselves with all aspects of
your organization, including its corporate culture, business objectives, and of
course your specific candidate requirements.
- Qualified back office team specialized in categorizing of resumes for skills
and experience, searching within in-house database using custom-made search
tools.
- Preliminary searches based on demanded parameters done in our internal
database. A technically qualified team vets all such resumes for actual

- At least twice before the resume is forwarded to the client, the back office
and the front enders speak to the candidate to understand his communication
